Please refer to the relevant information in Point 6 of the Messe Friedrichshafen’s Protection and Hygiene Concept.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MOUTH AND NOSE COVER.
Masks must be worn in the exhibition halls. However, the following exceptions apply:
- stands where minimum social distancing of 1.5 meters between individuals can be observed.
- when using restaurant/ catering services
- seating with guaranteed minimum spacing of 1.5 meters
- where alternative protection for others of at least an equal standard is assured
- mask intolerance, confirmed by a doctor’s certificate
- employees, provided that no visitors are in their vicinity
The provisions that currently apply are set out in Point 1 of the Messe Friedrichshafen’s Protection and Hygiene Concept.
Hand sanitizer must be provided at each stand. Equally, surfaces must be cleaned after each customer visit.
You are furthermore requested to forego the customary greeting rituals, and to observe sneezing and coughing etiquette. You will find an adequate number of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the exhibition center, most notably at the entrances, hall intersections and in the restrooms. There will be shorter disinfection and cleaning intervals with regard to frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, and surfaces in sanitary areas.
MINIMUM SOCIAL DISTANCING
All exhibitors and visitors are requested to observe minimum social distancing of 1.5 meters. Where necessary, please facilitate this measure with floor markings.
STAND PARTIES / RECEPTIONS
are not permitted while coronavirus prevails as minimum social distancing cannot be controlled.
All individuals at the exhibition center for EUROBIKE (exhibitor staff, trade visitors, service providers and other employees) must register/ be accredited for each day of the event using their personal details. For you as an exhibitor, this means that you and all of your staff must register in advance via the Online Service Center (OSC). You will be informed once the registration is available.
As usual, the free Messe Express (MX line) will operate between the Hafen- und Stadtbahnhof (railway station) and the exhibition center. Masks must be worn on public transport.
Entrance areas, exhibition halls, conference rooms and dining areas will be permanently supplied with fresh air (outdoor air quality).
RESTAURANTS & CATERING
Messe Friedrichshafen’s restaurant and catering partners have adapted their service concepts to the current situation and will be guided by the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg’s applicable Coronavirus Ordinance (as at 23.06.2020).
