CONFERENCE OVERVIEW 2025

“Hello future. Shaping active mobility.” – this has been the future-oriented motto of the EUROBIKE 2025 conference program.

The professional program of EUROBIKE in 2025 focused on digitalisation, new services, intermodality, and health – always situated in the overall global and societal context. It explored the central question of how we could actively shape the mobility transition and bring it sustainably to the streets. The program addressed the key issues in the bicycle ecosystem and cycling economy, EU regulations, key statistics and data, and innovative solutions for the pressing challenges facing our industry and our time. The conference program balanced vision with practical approaches, and matched big ideas with first steps.

EUROBIKE 2025 conferences

The EUROBIKE 2025 professional program set pioneering accents and provided a comprehensive four-day platform for the industry to discuss opportunities for active mobility within the sector. Working closely with the industry associations CIE, CONEBI, ZIV, Zukunft Fahrrad, and VSF, a diverse program was developed that addressed current challenges and helped shape the future viability of the industry. The aim was to set strategic impulses and further develop the industry both economically and sustainably.

Special emphasis was placed on innovation, investment, and the consolidation of existing business models, the implementation of new models, and the expansion of reach at both a political and social level.

Debut in 2025: National Cycle Logistics Conference

The 6th National Cycle Logistics Conference, which took place for the first time on June 26, 2025 as part of EUROBIKE in Frankfurt am Main, was a key industry meeting dedicated to sustainable mobility. Under the motto “Commercial Cargo Bikes – The Sweet Spot for Urban Logistics”, the conference brought together politicians, local authorities, and companies to discuss practical solutions and strategies for sustainable urban logistics. It was organized by cargobike.jetzt GmbH at the invitation of the German Cycle Logistics Association. The main partner was the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas.

Theme Tracks EUROBIKE 2025

In collaboration with the cycling industry associations – CIE, CONEBI, VSF, ZIV, and Zukunft Fahrrad – a tailored program was created, focusing on six key topics. These topics were consistently explored throughout the conference program through a combination of detailed knowledge sharing, interactive exchange formats, and effective networking events.

The theme tracks of the EUROBIKE 2025 professional program offered various formats, conferences, guided tours, and networking events within a cohesive structure and common thread. They provided a thematic cross-section and served as a guide through the extensive professional program.
