Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A trade fair appearance is a complex undertaking where many questions can arise. Here we answer the most important questions about your successful appearance at EUROBIKE 2027. Your question is not listed yet? Please feel free to contact us directly.
When is the early- booking deadline?
The early-booking deadline is October 31, 2026. For all non-binding registrations received on or after November 1, 2026, the standard rate will apply.
How does the registration process look like?
- Non-binding registration
Registration is carried out via the Online Service Center (OSC) of fairnamic GmbH. The registration is a non-binding request.
- Hall planning
The planning of the halls starts at the beginning of December, when most of the registrations have been received. You will then receive a stand proposal with a stand plan and a hall plan showing the proposed placement.
- Stand confirmation
With your informal confirmation of the stand proposal by email within the set response time, the registration for EUROBIKE 2027 becomes binding.
- Admission and invoicing
The admission of the halls will begin in spring 2027. You will receive the admission documents from us with all important information on the further course of your trade fair participation as well as the admission invoice (stand rental, AUMA fee, environmental fee and media package).
- Booking of additional services
All additional services can be ordered via the Messe Frankfurt Service Shop after payment of the admission invoice.
What does the stand participation fee include?
All stand participation prices include the stand area only, without stand construction or other services (water, electricity, etc.).
In addition to the stand participation fee, the following services must be purchased:
- Environmental fee of 3.50 €/m².
- The AUMA fees to be paid by the exhibitor will be calculated and forwarded by fairnamic on behalf of AUMA. They amount to 0.60 €/m².
- Media package worth €585.00.
Additional booth construction permit fees may apply (applicable for all stands in the outdoor area and for stands in the hall that are larger than 100 m² and/or have multiple floors, as well as for other special constructions; see also technical guidelines.)
Additional services can be booked after admission via the Messe Frankfurt Exhibitor Service Shop.
What does the environmental fee cover?
The environmental fee supports sustainable and resource-efficient trade fair operations. Among other things, it covers the disposal of waste generated during the trade fair and its recycling or energy recovery. In this way, Messe Frankfurt achieves a recycling rate of up to 90%.
In addition, the environmental fee enables free use of public transportation in Frankfurt with exhibitor passes and visitor vouchers, thereby making an active contribution to climate protection.
Who is the contact person for stand construction on site?
If you would like to have a custom stand built, we recommend our experienced partner Fairconstruction at Messe Frankfurt. Alternatively, you can of course hire your own stand builder.
