BIKE TRAVEL FORUM

The bike tourism conference at EUROBIKE.

The EUROBIKE program on Friday is further complemented by the BIKE TRAVEL FORUM. Here EUROBIKE underlines the relevance of the bike travel industry as part of EUROBIKE and incorporates learning from its new start last year. More than ever, there is a stronger focus on collaboration between tourism and industry.

The BIKE TRAVEL Forum – the cycle tourism conference at EUROBIKE – focuses this year on strategic topics. Why we should be thinking about future strategies now and how this impacts different organizational levels. We look at different bike strategies and discuss concepts for car-free holidays. Whilst maintaining an overview of the entire ecosystem between industry, users and tourism itself.

The BIKE TRAVEL FORUM is divided into a conference and a networking section. The conference deals with the big issues around making tourism attractive. Focusing on the interfaces between the bike and tourism industries – in both a visionary and practical manner – between market development and improved conditions for all. The conference area is accompanied by an exhibition showcasing examples of best practice from both industries. Targeted networking takes place in a variety of formats, in order to lay the foundations for community cooperation between the bike industry and the bike tourism sector.

The BIKE TRAVEL FORUM will take place on Friday, July 5, 2024, between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on the Pink Stage, ECOMOBILITY Forum, Hall 8.
