Through the BIKE TRAVEL AREA, EUROBIKE is bringing the tourism formats of the world’s most important bicycle trade show under a new umbrella. As part of the Festival Days (24/25 June 2023), the exhibition area located in the central open-air grounds includes cycle touring regions, destinations and cycle tour providers. Rounding off the new format are the specialist BIKE TRAVEL FORUM on Friday 23 June 2023 and the preceding tour of the fair on Thursday, 22 June 2023.

At EUROBIKE 2023, the BIKE TRAVEL AREA will be occupying a new location at the heart of the busy open-air grounds between Halls 9 and 11. Set between catering outlets, test circuit and exhibition areas, the travel destinations and organisers along with related service providers will be presenting their offers in a large circus tent. A varied programme of events on the integrated stage featuring travel reports, adventure-themed talks and discussion panels will draw in target audiences.

In collaboration with the EUROBIKE partner desire lines, a complete relaunch of the cycle tourism range of offerings at EUROBIKE has taken place, with the aim of presenting exhibitors and participants with a programme tailored to their needs.

The four-day fair journey begins on Thursday afternoon with a guided tour of the show.
Together with experts from cycle tourism and the bike industry, we shall be taking a look at the leading topics within the bike industry as well as  products that are of special interest for tourism and have future relevance.

On Friday, the new conference format BIKE TRAVEL FORUM will be addressing the issue of how cycling can be made more attractive, both as a holiday pursuit and in daily life. This issue is crucially important for cycle tourism and the bike industry alike. The focus of the specialist event will be on data from different user experiences in the bike sector and how industry and tourism can make better use of this information. Concluding the session will be an extensive pitch session on new products and developments in cycle tourism and on projects in areas where cycle tourism and the bike industry overlap.
Following this, the lunchtime will be given over to networking in the lounge section of the forum, accompanied by an exhibition featuring current projects in cycle tourism and their backgrounds.
The specialist programme of events continues in the afternoon with various masterclasses on cycle tourism topics. As an alternative event, the EUROBIKE GRAVEL TALK will be taking place with input from the current on-trend topic of gravel bikes, which is also of interest to operators in the cycle tourism sector.

The EUROBIKE Festival Days on Saturday and Sunday will then showcase the BIKE TRAVEL AREA. Inside a gigantic circus tent with its own stage, cycle tourism regions, destinations and cycling holiday providers will be exhibiting to all visitors. The integrated lecture stage with an inspiring programme will make the BIKE TRAVEL AREA one of the great visitor attractions of EUROBIKE 2023.
