Keynote Speech - Katja Diehl

Fix the system - not the people!

Date July 13, 2022, 3:50 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Location Future Mobility Forum, Black Stage, Hall 8

When it comes to the future of mobility, the focus is often on technical solutions. But why do we like to escape into the future of hyperloops and air taxis instead of changing the present for the better for everyone? My hypothesis: Because mobility change is so much more than electric drives and new gadgets. A change in transport will only succeed if we turn away from the car and towards people. We need to talk to each other and implement the cultural change together. With mobility that is available, affordable, accessible, safe and climate-friendly.
