We'll meet in Brussels and transfer to medieval Middelburg (Netherlands), with its onion-domed bell tower and Gothic town hall. Savor a bicycle ride amid traditional Dutch windmills, or opt for a walk around the quaint town center. We'll enjoy a grand welcome dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant 'Het Groot Paradijs'. Day 2 Middelburg
Ancient trade routes lead us past modern windmills, then point west to the coast. We'll dine this evening on local specialties that will delight your palate.

Day 3 Bruges
After a short ferry ride across the Schelde Inlet, cycle atop dunes and dikes along the North Sea coast to the resort town Cadzand-Bad. Heading inland, we'll come to lively Sluis, the perfect spot for lunch and a stroll through the shops. Then it's on to romantic, canal-laced Bruges, where a fantastic feast awaits!

Day 4 Bruges
Spend today exploring Bruges' historic gothic tower and magnificent art collections, or take a delightful bike ride south of town. We'll bicycle through the woods on a converted railroad bed, passing castles and stately homes built when Bruges was the wealthy cloth capital of Europe. Day 5 Gent
Bike along canals through woodlands and castle estates to the romantic Leie River in Deinze. We'll follow its gentle flow, passing through green meadows and tiny villages as we head towards Gent. Along the way, we'll stop in Deinze and Deurle, pretty towns with artistic tales to tell. In Gent, be sure to visit St. Bavo church and the renowned Gent altarpiece.
